The Scientific Committee of the BMS (Bulletin of Sociological Methodology) <bms@revues.org> is composed of Duane F. Alwin (University of Michigan), Alain Degenne (Caen), Peter Ph. Mohler (GESIS-ZUMA, Mannheim) and Henry Rouanet (Paris).

The BMS manages Internet distribution lists, one of which is free for interested parties. The Web site is at http://www.cmh.pro.ens.fr/bms/Welcome.htm

Twice a year, in the April and October issues, the BMS also publishes the Newsletter of Research Committee 33 (RC33, Logic and Methodology) of the International Sociological Association. Reduced-rate joint RC33 membership - BMS subscriptions are possible.

To submit an article for peer review and possible publication in the BMS, send one hardcopy and one WORD copy by email. The article should include title, author, contact information (post, tel, fax, email, Web), a short ten-line paragraph abstract with key words. Articles are usually between 15 and 20 pages in BMS format. Further instructions for authors are available by contacting the BMS or by checking previously published articles at our Web site at Revues.org

The rates for 2008 are 34 euros for individuals, 67 euros for institutions, and 12 euros for single issues. Payment should be in the name of the AIMS (45, rue Linné, 75005 Paris; postal giro 23 279 80 U Paris) and by Visa, Master, bank transfer or check in euros on a bank in France. Payment may also be made in US$ on a bank in the US in the name of Editor Karl M. van Meter. For payment by postal giro, money order, Eurocheque or any other means, please add 12 euros. Recent articles of the BMS can be purchased as pdf files from EBSCO.
